Over 5 weeks in March & April, we will explore what we’re made of & how to balance our being through the lens of the 5 elements:
earth, water, fire, air + space.

More than a workout, each 45-minute class corresponds to that week’s element. Expect a combination yogic practices, including breathwork, movement & meditation, to restore the natural order and balance to mind, body, breath & energy. You’ll leave you feeling equally grounded and energised.

– Class pass = 1 x live class + class recording (valid 7 days)
– Dates: Tuesdays, 19th & 26th March, 2nd, 9th & 16th April
– Live Classes: 6.45-7.30 am GMT (45 mins)
– Class Recording: can’t make the live session? play it back anytime that suits up to 7 days after the live class

5 Elements Series: Single Class Pass

Over 5 weeks in March & April, we will explore what we’re made of & how to balance our being through the lens of the 5 elements:
earth, water, fire, air + space.

What:
Each 45-minute weekly class will include a variety of:
– foundational asanas (poses)
– more adventurous asanas
– creative yoga sequences & transitions
– pranayama (breathwork) practices
– kriya yoga practices (e.g. tapping, shaking)
– meditation techniques
– mudras (subtle physical gestures to intensify practice)
– mantras (sounds that take you deeper into meditation)
– yogic philosophy & theory

Who:
Classes are open-level, offering pose variations to suit different experience levels. While you can expect dynamic practices with poses that will build heat & energy, they are punctuated with moments of gentle movement & stillness. Above all, you are encouraged to to stay connected to the present moment and breath, to tap into your energy levels & intention on any given day and practice accordingly.

Live Classes:
– Via Zoom: live class links sent by email the day before the class, or the morning of in case of late booking.

Class Reocording
Each class recording is shared 30 mins after the live sessions; ideal for those who missed the live session or would like to repeat it. These class recordings are available on-demand 7-days post live class.
