Yoga with Erica: Online Yoga Class Pass
A 45-min class to squeeze in some goodness before a busy day.
More than a workout, this class combines breathwork, movement, meditation and other yogic practices designed to balance and stimulate your mind, body, breath, and energy. You’ll leave you feeling strong and centred.
Over 5 weeks in November we will explore the 5 elements; earth, water, fire, air and space.

– 6.15-7.00 am GMT (45 mins) or on-demand
A 45-minute live online class and post-live class recording that will include:
– Dynamic moving meditation
– Kriya yoga practices
– Creative movement sequences
– Guided meditation
This class is open-level, offering a wide range of pose variations to suit different levels of experience. Above all, our primary intention will be to stay present. This is the real challenge of yoga. You can expect dynamic practices + poses that will build heat + energy, as well as moments of gentle movement + stillness and a focus on staying connected to your breath throughout.
All students are encouraged to go at their own pace, with their own breath. Come breathe, move + be.

Can’t make it to the live class or want to repeat it?
A recording of the class will be sent after the live session; ideal for those who missed the class or would like to repeat the class between live sessions. These recordings are valid for 7 days. You can repeat the class as many times as you like between live classes.
