Single Online Yoga Class Pass: Tuesday, Jan 31
More than a workout, this class combines breathwork, movement, meditation and other yogic practices designed to bring you into presence and reset your nervous system. You’ll leave you feeling strong and centred.
When:
– Valid a single online yoga class
– January 31
– 6.45 -7.45 am (GMT)
What:
A 60-minute live online class (with playback option, see below) that will include:
– Dynamic moving meditation
– Kriya yoga practices
– Breathwork
– Creative movement sequences
– Guided meditation
– Shavasana/yogic deep rest
Who:
This class is open-level, offering a wide range of pose variations to suit different levels of experience. Expect to build heat and experience dynamic practices and poses, however, the focus will be on establishing a connection to the breath and present moment, rather than achieving any particular shape or perfect alignment.
Where:
– Via Zoom.
– You’ll receive the class Zoom link via email the day before the class.
Can’t make it to the live class or want to repeat it?
A recording of the class will be sent after the live session; ideal for those who missed the class or would like to repeat the class over the coming days. The recording is valid for 7 days.
